Refund Policy

  • As the amount directly added to the account, so we don't provide any refund.
  • Unless we close, we don't offer any refund. If we get close, only then the available balance will be refunded.
  • If any SMS is not routed, we provide refund to the balance, not by "Cash" or any other method. The refund amount will be added to the balance directly.
  • As all the "Online Account Recharge" done by online payment gateways directly added to the balance. there is no other way to convert the balance amount to cash and refund it as "Cash".
  • If you mistakenly add wrong amount, you can cancel the payment process before transact. If the transaction becomes a successful transaction, there is no way we can refund it.
